"The ONLY negative thing I had to say was that I hated having to leave the building, just to go to the lobby LOL. Overall, it was a lovely place, staff were helpful and chill. We appreciated how hot the showers got too and how cozy the rooms were. Also being fairly close to the national parks was a plus."

"We arrived a bit too early for check in but the front desk staff processed our reservation, gave us the keys and maps and invited us to wander around the hotel until our room was ready. Once it was ready, I received a text with our room number so wecoukd go right up. The hotel and location are stunning and all of the staff we encountered were exceptional. The beds at this Fairmont were more comfortable than the Fairmont in Banff."

"We loved the location, and everything at the lodge was lovely. The individual rooms and pathways to the rooms are a bit worn down and could use a bit of updating. Otherwise everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay to this unique place."
