"We loved stepping back to the 1930’s vibe. It was like staying at the Christmas Story house again with the old style refrigerator and bathroom and we enjoyed the fireplace. We didn’t like sharing our accommodations with the resident rodent both nights. They warned us to keep the food in the cabinets but I didn’t think about the cough drops in my purse. The 2nd night it was a forgotten candy wrapper in a pocket of a jacket hanging in the closet. I heard it under my bed too."

"The lake view from our cabin was amazing, with no wifi/ cellular connection, it allowed us to fully soak in the beauty of the scenery! The 24/7 shuttle service to and from the main cabin to the overnight parking lot was helpful and support with getting luggage to and from the main cabin was beneficial given the stairs. I loved that we could get take out from the lounge and enjoy the view from our place. Having the experience to travel internationally for a similar price we paid for point cabin, typically one meal credit is included so I hope they offer that in the future. The other unfortunate thing is a front desk staff told us we couldn’t order a latte unless if we went and ordered food from the restaurant because the lounge didn’t open until 11 or later and she was not able to operate the latte machine. Fortunately, they had complimentary drip coffee in the lounge but I found it unfortunate that you had to purchase food just to get a specialty coffee like a latte (again, given the price we were paying for point cabin it’s unfortunate that you can’t just order the specialty drink alone)."

"Lovely area to stay in Lake Louise with food market/restaurants/gas station/shops in walking distance. It was also lovely to hear the front desk greeted us with “for the next two nights, this is your home!” upon check in. Unwinded in the hot tub on our second night, the steam room was not so great though,,, it smelled like plastic chemical can’t be good to inhale?!"

"When we arrived the front desk was so very friedly and helpful. We were so happy when the young lady informed us a shuttle was available immediatley to take us to lake Louise. The pub had excelllent wine by the glass and cocktails. The food in the resturant was amazing. The sceniary was spetacular. All the staff were very friedly and helpful. Our rooms were so comftable and tastefully decorated. We appreciated the real glassware and the compimentary delcious coffee."
