"This is a very nice facility with friendly and helpful staff. Our double queen room was large and very comfortable. It had a lot of spaces to put personal items. A couple of things that were unique and appreciated: 1. a boot dryer rack that can accommodate 4 pairs of shoes/boots 2. low level under-counter lighting in with motion sensing in the bathroom (great for trips during the night) The train tracks are nearby and busy, but they never disturbed my sleep. The hotel is super-convenient to the mall across the street were several private tour companies will pick-up. This meant we didn't have to drive to the ski lodge parking lot to get on our Lake Louise, Moraine Lake tour. The facility is very clean, and the carpeting in the hallway looked brand new. We took advantage of their onsite breakfast buffet. It was a great deal at $10 Canadian and had many choices to get our long days started off right."

"Best location at Lake Louise! The cabin was perfectly cozy with everything we needed. Although other cabins are close, it was quiet and we rarely saw anyone. Bed and pillows slept wonderfully, fireplace stove was warming, soaking in the claw foot tub with bath salts was relaxing, and they had so many small touches that made the place welcoming. The view from the back deck was beautiful and peaceful. The staff was friendly and amazing with helpful information. They had a great tea selection and being able to borrow bear spray was such a huge help. We walked to the lake on an easy path about 1 mile. Highly recommend staying here."

"Amazing location. We stayed in the main lodge, but there are separate cabins. The view of the nearby moutains is incredible. The lodge is off-grid, but they generate their own power. There is a river within walking distance. An artesian spring bubbles up from the parking area. The water in the area is blue from minerals. It's right in the heart of the Rockies near Golden, BC. It's well worth the visit. Staff is helpful and accommodating. We had a nice chat with the manager."
