"Staff were wonderful, both the hotel and Chilis restaurant. Highly recommend the shuttle service for getting around Banff, and the Fox staff were so friendly and informative. Loved the hot tub and sauna, very unique"
"What a treat to stay at the Hotel Canoe and Suites for our ski trip in early March. Clean, comfortable, and the view room was absolutely worth it! The hot pools were a welcome relief after a day skiing. We liked the quiet location at the east end of town. We will stay here again on our next trip to Banff. "

"Stayed in the duplex suite. Kitchen came with everything needed to eat in, the wood burning fireplace was warming and added 'That charm' to the amazing mountain view out the balcony doors.
Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The pillows well I'm picky so I would suggest bringing your own if you have a favorite feel but didn't ruin a full nights sleep either. Free bus passes for use of the whole stay was a bonus (paid parking downtown avoided) and the stop is right beside the chalets.
The hot tub, water slides and play area kept the kids busy for hours. Will stay here again. "
"We had a lovely stay at this property. The room had some nice upgrades done, the beds were comfortable. Location is good. We did book this property partly due to it having an indoor pool - the pool is quite small and very cold. "
