"Bus stop across the street and bus passes were included. Ski shuttle very close and free to Lake Louise ! Hot tub area was beautiful but very busy . We were both very itchy after the hot tub so maybe the number of people can affect to water chemicals. Great Reno. Nice indoor parking. Great place overall !"

"I can’t say enough about how much we loved this place. Best breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, we could walk to everything and bus stop was very close. If we visit this area again we will definitely stay here."

"Amazing stay. In room amenities are great: microwave, Nepresso coffee and tea, kettle, cutleries, plates, and toaster. Beds are comfortable. The shower is awesome. The hotel itself is clean, new, and has great ambience. Close to the main strip. So restaurants are all walking distance. The pool is across the street which can be an inconvenience but the pool itself is clean. The pool area has a jacuzzi, warm pool, and normal pool. Has underground parking, awesome for winter getaways. "
