"Very accommodating and helpful "

"This hotel is very old. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from adjacent rooms. No staff overnight to regulate noise, partying etc. parking is paid on top of $400 room rates and can’t accommodate SUV with roof box, so there is 3-4 available spots. Hot tub jets out of order, doors were sticky everywhere, elevator was sketchy. Beds were old and sacked out. Hot water and water pressure were good for showers. Don’t expect a luxury $400/night Banff experience. Keep your expectations very low as to not be disappointed. Anywhere else this is a $75/hotel room. "

"While not a luxury hotel, it is a good location and met our needs. It feels a bit dated, but for a family ski trip it was perfect for us. I will say the ski locker is a bit onerous relative to other places I have stayed, but ultimately not that big of a deal. The included breakfast was decent and was a nice plus. "
