"Such a fabulous stay! Clean and quiet double-Queen bedroom with an additional sink in the room, apart from the washroom, gives it more functionality. The daily coffee/tea delivery is exceptional. Rooms include a waterfall shower, patio, and access to hot tub pools with a bathrobe for lounging on shared patio spaces. The restaurant downstairs is excellent in quality and service, while the front desk helps you get around the town by offering free bus vouchers. The bus stop is located right across the road and conveniently has a fuel station there as well for late-night snacks. If you're going to Banff, this is the place to stay for relaxation, fun, and a great jumping-off point for sightseeing, skiing, and enjoying the town."

"Too much construction going on in the street. For the deluxe room at the end of the stay, it wasn’t much better than the superior room. The room sizes are identical The tv menus were annoying The ice machine was inconvenient Only one on first floor at the farthest point The construction near the lobby looks like it may never end. I ordered my stay in January and was warned back then They need to remove bricks at man doors in the parking garage. It raises security concerns It seems if I book a stay for 1 day or 1 week I only get one complimentary drink ticket. Should I book seven times?"

"The only complaint I had was the noise. Bring earplugs because you can hear out in the courtyard and adjoining rooms clear as day!! Love that it was dog friendly"

"For the price rooms should be more up to date but as most hotels as long as it’s full most of the year and making money why bother upgrading. "

"It was what we expected for the price point. My only complaint would be the pool hours. Not opening until 2:30pm is annoying. A nice morning hot tub would have been amazing. "

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were big & clean. Best pillows I’ve ever slept on! The hot pools were salty and hot, loved it. Didn’t get to use the Sauna but for sure next time. The rooftop fire pit was not working. The restaurant food was 10/10. Will 1000% book again."
