“The rooms were spacious but the amenities were very lack lustre, the buffet breakfast was overcooked and had expired yogurt and the cleaning staff didn't always clean the rooms very well. We often returned to our rooms with garbage still in the garbage cans, the washroom seemingly untouched and the linens unchanged. Definitely not a 4 star hotel experience.”

“It was wonderful place at Banff”

“I stay here everytime I go to banff. The hotel is good for the price, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Due to it being a bit of a walk from downtown they offer a free shuttle pass during your stay which is great as well as covered parking for a fee. the lobby does close at 11pm but there is a number you can call for after hours if anything comes up. although the hotel is a little dated in some rooms it is clean and worth the price point. I will stay again.”

“깨끗하고 밴프에 다시 여행을 간다면 묵고 싶은 호텔입니다”
