"Clean room and spacious for room with 2 queen beds and fireplace. Quiet neighborhood. Only draw back was that beds were hard and bit uncomfortable. We did end up with an upgrade and free bus passes."

"This was one of the best stays we’ve had in a hotel. For a hotel that is surrounded by ongoing renovations and construction our stay exceeded our expectations. We heard construction noises outside on the Monday around 11am which was fine. The sound proofing in the room made it hardly noticeable. For the rate we paid it was worth the experience. The great thing with parking is the close proximity to downtown Banff. We left our car underground until we needed it for our trip to Johnston Canyon. That was the most convenient part for us. Breakfast in the hotel was such a deal for the food options at the buffet. Overall very happy with our choice!"

"I found the staff to be amazing. For the price which was fairly low per night, the quality was okay. The kitchen counter was dirty and covered in a white powder when I ran my hand across it. The heaters were primarily in the bedroom so when the heat turned on it blasted into the one room leaving it sweltering hot. I think they should get the hot tub fixed that they capped off. Especially for skiers in the winter, the hot tub amenity that is no longer offered was a real downfall. However, the staff truly was amazingly friendly and helpful. I would stay there again just for that reason. "
