"Overall we enjoyed our stay and the amenities. The gym and sauna room were wonderful. We enjoyed the proximity to the lakes. However, the cabin was a little dated but it was comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I would stay here again."

"It's definitely not the newest lodge, but that is what gives it character! Emerald Lake Lodge found a place in our hearts and we will return here every time we visit Banff/Jasper in the future. The staff was beyond helpful. We ask for soap and a new fire-starter while waiting for our tablet for dinner. One of the staff members grabbed them and started to hand them to me. With out missing a beat the manager stopped him and said they would have them delivered to our room and for us to just enjoy our dinner! Wow. Great service!"
