"Thank you to Arad, one of your staff members. Arad is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and talented at making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The only difficult part of staying at this hotel was carrying luggage up the hill, but Arad’s warm hospitality completely made up for it. During my two-night stay, he took such attentive care of me that although the lake view was beautiful, my strongest memory of this hotel is Arad’s kindness. When I checked out, I wanted to give him a tip to express my gratitude, but unfortunately I couldn’t because he was working the afternoon shift. I truly hope this message and my appreciation are passed on to Arad."

"루체른역 도보 3분거리의 호텔입니다. 호텔직원이 너무 친절하였고, 이 호텔의 장점은 위치도 있지만, 2층 거실공간에서 전자레인지와 커피를 자유롭게 이용할수있다는 점 입니다. 루체른 역안에있는 COOP에서 물건을 산후 호텔 식당에서 식사를 해결했습니다. 객실내 슬리퍼는 별도로 없고, 그밖의 불편한점은 없었습니다. 1~2일정도 머물기에는 충분한 호텔이라고 생각합니다. It is a three-minute walk from Luzern Station. The hotel staff was so friendly, and the advantage of this hotel is that it has the freedom to use a microwave and coffee in the living room on the second floor, despite its location. I bought food at the COOP inside Luzern Station and ate at the hotel second floor. There were no slippers in the room, and there were no other inconveniences. I think it's enough hotel to stay for one or two days."
