"This has been one of my go to hotels in the Seattle area for years. Unfortunately this property is starting to look a little rough. I like the art work they have, better than the bland painting in most hotels. The rooms are big with a small kitchen. The area is quite, but not too far from Southcenter and the airport. They really need a refresh. The carpets are warn, the is obvious wear and tear in the rooms. There are a number of temporary fixes around the property. I will still go there, the staff is great and I like the location, but I hope they do a remodel soon."

"The property was very clean. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. Breakfasts were the best that I have ever had at a hotel chain. Lots of options and variety changed everyday. Good quality of healthy items too!"

"The name Hilton used to speak for itself, no review was necessary. * One clerk at front desk made check in an exercise in patience. * Hallway needed painted. *Room furniture was cheap damaged and unfitting of the name Hilton. *No stationary in desk or room service menu. Replaced by a scroungy UPC code. *Shower/tub was second rate and did not drain. *Hotel maintenance took for ever to come repair the issue. *The hotel maintenance man after repairing the drain went around me and despite my objections went around the bed my wife was in and went to look out the window before leaving. Totally unacceptable stay."

"Staff professional and friendly; however, we arrived at 10:00 pm and there was no room service or bar service available. Front desk assisted but only after noting nothing was available and then finding the card in the room stating to call for bar needs. Many travels including myself would appreciate services for at least 11pm - 12am arriving late from business travel in."

"We paid for a walking shower king suite and got a hearing accessible room. No other accessible rooms were available due to renovations. Created a safety hazard for my wife. Who is wheelchair bound and could not shower in the tub shower combo. "
