"We enjoyed are stay at the lodge. We got in a little late (9:00 pm) so there was nobody at the office. There were instructions in the mailbox to the left of the office door. The room itself was very average but it's right on the Fall River and of couse it's in Estes so based on those two things, it was a very enjoyable stay."

"Great location, loved sitting on the deck and looking at the mountains. The hot tub inside the room was dirty, had not been cleaned from previous use, I had to clean it myself. The well water that fills it is yellow and leaves a residue. There was also crusty stuff on the bedspread, and the bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Good price for the location and size of the room, but don't think it would be our first choice if we go back to Estes."

"Great location. Beautiful place right along the river. Quiet area with no issues. Owner was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend staying in one of the cabins. Perfect if you want to cook rather than eat out every meal. No carpet so recommend bringing slippers. The property is outside of town but minutes to everything you want to do in Estes Park."
