"My only positive would be that the bed was comfortable. The hotel seems rather run down. The couch in our room was dirty and badly stained. The carpet is very old and coming apart. I did not realize the shower was in the hot tub next to the bed. I thought it very odd to not have a separate shower in the bathroom. The closet door was stuck shut. the fridge temp was either not cold or froze everything. Breakfast was very basic which was ok. Seating for breakfast was very limited and we had to stand and wait for chairs to free up. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. I had several questions and they were very blunt and did not offer any solutions."

"Bed and pillows were comfortable enough, bed sheets and linens were clean, fresh and no permanent stains. Room seemed clean but past due for an update and bathroom redo. Worked in a pinch. Not a first choice. Breakfast, as some have said, was interesting."

"Hate to give this historic hotel a bad rating but it is a must. Parking was atrocious, no where to park to check in and the gate people were not helpful at all. The bathrooms in the main hotel were dirty. The room they gave us for $345 was subterranean in the Aspire building. When we went to check out at 7:45 am there was no one at the front desk and it had a sign saying go to the main holding which again, no parking and pretty far away. I was beyond disappointed and disgusted by this hotel. It was a huge let down to our trip."
