"We stayed in a suite and the room was dirty. The toilet looked as though it had not been cleaned before us. The floor was not swept or mopped. Zero toilet paper in bathroom. There were 6 pillows on the bed and 3 did not have pillow cases on them, the zippered covers on 2 pillows had stains on them. The ac/heat unit was VERY loud and not working correctly. The desk chair was soiled on the seat part, I wasn’t able to sit in it as not sure what was on it. The suite had a pull out couch which I specifically had wanted but was not made with sheets, blankets, pillows, etc…I ended up not using it either… The breakfast was very lacking. Only hot food was diy waffles. No protein , not even hard boiled eggs. The girl at the front desk was helpful and gave me toilet paper & pillow cases."
