โCustomer service was excellent. Any small issue we had was resolved quickly and courteously. Breakfast was nice and brought to our room on time.
The bathroom was small, but the water heater worked fine. The room was spacious. The balconies were not all finished, but the view of the lake was lovely. โ

โIโve stayed there for 6 nights and it was so peaceful. The area is very quiet and secure. The room was cleaned daily and fresh linens and towels daily.
Esther was lovely, always there looking after us and making sure that we were ok.
Her breakfast every morning was delicious with fresh fruits and juice

It is a big hotel with decent landscape but there is nothing much to do besides staying at the hotel.
1. Rooms : The bed moves around so it was annoying. I hope it is fixed it down.
They had shampoo and shower gel but they don't properly keep them in stock. I only saw Shampoo on the second day thinking the bath gel was multi purpose because they had 4 shower gels in the bath room.

โVery clean. Well maintained property. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Felt quite safe. Lovely grounds. But the best of all was the staff.
