"We’ve stayed here several times now when visiting family. The beds are great, love the kitchenette as we travel with our own breakfast, the staff is wonderful, the hotel is clean throughout and well kept. The pool is generally well heated although it was unusually cool this trip. Always our choice when visiting Madison. "

"Expedia listing is deceiving as it states under amenities that there is a hot tub/sauna. There is not— it appears to have been filled in. The pool water was freezing. It was hard for kids to enjoy it. When the staff was advised, they seemed to just turn up the room thermostat. I don’t think they understood. Only other complaint was that a member of our party had issues with their TV display and were given very little help. Unfortunately, I think there was a language barrier that prevented any effective communication with staff that was available to assist. Everything else was very nice, cleanly and comfortable. Overall, the location is great and the building is well-kept. With the reasonable price, we’d choose to stay again. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was hot and delicious every morning, the room was spotless. The hot tub was great and very relaxing once the 10 year olds went to bed :0)"
