"I was disappointed we stayed two nights and no one cleaned our room. I did not need new sheets but a made bed, new towels and trash dumped would have been nice. We were in town for a concert so paid alot of money for this hotel. beds super comfy as were pillows."

"We didn’t expect a lot, but it was ruined by the unprofessional actions of the front desk. We went to a concert, and arrived back to the room at 1AM exhausted. At 1:30AM after falling asleep, the front desk called us regarding a mess-up on THEIR part! Never in our lives has a hotel woken us up, let alone because of their own mistake. We spoke to the front desk prior to leaving the following morning, and all that we got was “sorry, we figured it out on our end.”"

"Overall, I had a good stay at Holiday Inn Express Starke by IHG. My room was clean and for the most part the bed was comfortable, which is always important after a long day. The only issue I had was that there was no TV remote in my room when I arrived. I didn’t need it the first night, but when I mentioned it to the front desk the second night, they were quick to bring one up, which I appreciated. I didn’t try the breakfast during my stay, so I can’t really speak on that, but overall the staff was friendly and helpful and I would stay here again."

"Quiet and private location. Gene is a great lady who gave me great local restaurant recommendations in downtown High Springs and she made check in experience a breeze. Rob is also wonderful who replaced my smoke alarm battery as soon as I told him. Taylor another lady was very helpful and respectful. Overall it was a great experience and when I visit again this hotel is where I’ll stay"
