“직원들 모두 친절했지만 리노베이션중이라 어수선했음. 청소가질 이루어지지 않았음.무엇보다 침대가 오래되어 구석이 낡고 띁어져서 위험하였음.”

“Good staff, clean hotel, good service.”

“I was disheartened a little from my first occasion of having dinner. I received something different to what I was expecting and charged for it. On the menu the description was not helpful. Nor were the staff. They were most intent in me paying for the restaurants flaw. Which I did. This set the mood for my stay at the hotel not being positive. At times I also had trouble sleeping as staff were not understanding of the need to work quietly when cleaning. ”

“Good experience”

“Room received at the time of check in was not cleaned. During 3 days stay room cleaning was done only once ( bed sheet and towel) staff was giving excuses to provide service. ”

“There was a mouse in the room which died on the 2nd day. Surfaces were all dirty and dusty. Tea satches, water and kettle were supplied without a cup or spoon! The staff call at midnight to take breakfast orders!”

“Lack of communication with staff / little or no Dnhlush speaking Staff Hotel did not respond to dietary requests despite sr ding email one month prior No breakfast svsilabke to dietary ”
