"The hotel has a lot of amenities and extra activities to book. The hotel is showing its age and is deteriorating. It’s also not centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Staff were friendly. "

"Room was filthy and incredibly tired. Pillows and mattresses were so old and used. The property was in terrible condition and absolutely overrun with people. Beach didn't have a single square inch of open space and forget space at or in the pool. The wait for an elevator was at least 5 minutes each time. Our room was also at an angle... rolling off the bed angle. I've never seen anything like it. Staff were rude when we said we would be leaving 2 nights early because we couldn't stay there any longer. "

"Stay Hotel Waikiki was such a wonderful place to stay during our trip, and it truly made our experience in Hawaii even more special. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and thoughtful. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared. We even found a sweet handwritten note along with macadamia white chocolate covered nuts waiting for us, which was such a lovely touch after a long trip. We arrived during a time when there was heavy rain and some storm damage around the island, and Carolyne, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and informed. Since it was our first time in Hawaii, she carefully explained everything to us, showed us maps, pointed out areas to avoid, and even recommended places we could still enjoy despite the weather. She took the time to write things down for us, which we really appreciated. Their kindness truly stood out. My husband is gluten free and could not have the cookies they offer, and since we had just arrived from the airport and had nothing to eat, Carolyne kindly got us potato chips so we could have something before going to sleep. That level of care meant so much to us. Even small details made a big difference. The hotel has a coffee and tea station with creamers and everything you need, which was especially helpful on rainy mornings when going out for coffee was not ideal. They also always had snacks and cookies available. Parking was initially full when we arrived, so we had to use a nearby garage."

"The pool & workout room are great! The staff was exceptional! I wish they had a double king room, but the mattress is comfortable. Water pressure is great & they provide ear plugs because the street side (even on the 7th floor) gets noisy. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Park Shore Waikiki. The location is excellent — just steps from Waikiki Beach, restaurants, and shops, and very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel had a warm, relaxed atmosphere, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we really enjoyed spending time in such a beautiful part of Waikiki. We would gladly stay here again."
