I've stayed here many times, and always a good experience. The staff are very kind and friendly, and the place is always spotless so it's very child friendly. Definitely worth it!

Walking distance from shopping area and not too far from activities in the area, such as Sight and Sound, The Amish Experience and Penn Railroad Museum. Had a pleasant experience with staff and checked in at 2pm without any waiting. Room was mainly clean and towels were changed daily. Breakfast was continental and available. Simple and affordable which is what we wanted.

The room was clean, I found a few hairs on the bedding, I guess that happens sometimes. The staff was nice and friendly. The free continental breakfast was maybe average. Some packages of bagels and a worn out toaster oven along with a few cereals. I gave up and went to Waffle House across the street.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were older, but clean and comfortable. We had some loud guests move in but management addressed the issue. Breakfast was adequate for my family but smaller than expected. It was mostly coffee, juice, cold cereal, bagels, and bananas. One room did not have a fridge the other had a nice sized one so be sure to check descriptions. I would definitely stay there again especially given the price.

The hotel is a little dated, but clean. Very close to restaurants, shopping, Dutch Wonderland and the American Music Theater. Overall a good value if you’re looking for “no frills”. Unfortunately when I stayed, I felt like I was in the middle of the World Door Slamming Championship! People in the surrounding rooms were constantly slamming their doors extremely hard the whole time. The rooms definitely aren’t very well soundproofed and there was a lot of open space around/under the door.

Worked well for us and over $200 cheaper for a family of 6. Room has 3 full beds, which worked great for us. Location was excellent for us, seeing a show at Sight and Sound. Highly recommend anyone to see a show there. Absolutely excellent. And this place is a great value and location for that

We were going to a concert and needed an overnight stay within walking distance of the theater. This place was perfect. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Their profile mentioned that they had refrigerators but didn’t say there was a microwave. We were surprised to find one in the room. That’s a selling point that should be included in their profile.

Our shower was not working, but within minutes it was cared for. Breakfast is minimal, but in a pinch it was fine. In that area, however, there are many good places to eat so that wasn't important at all to us. Clean, easy parking, quiet, and a find deal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was fairly large considering and had 3 double beds. This worked out great for our family of 5. The price was reasonable especially for the rates in the area. We had to stay in the area for an event. Bathroom could have been cleaner (old urine left around seat lid, hair in the tub/shower, etc) and room and bathroom could use some fixing as some of the ceiling tiles were stained and out of place, sink was coming apart (cosmetic not functional issue), staining on bed skirt, shower is older. For the money, this place was on par.

The room and hotel were good. If I stay again I will stay on second floor. We could hear the people above us walking back and forth and dropping stuff a good part of night. Had to keep TV on to drown out the rude people. I told manager next day. He said no no u call and tell us we will take care of it. This is my 2nd stay there.

The breakfast was adequate. There was a choice of cereals, and the bagels were grocery store bought, not bagel bakery bought. There was no waffle maker. The coffee and cream were fresh and the breakfast room was clean.
