"This was the worst hotel experince i have ever had. I booked on expedia in my 18 year old daughters name, using my credit card. She does not have her own credit card, but she and her friend wanted to stay close to the mall and go shopping. When we arrived, they would not let her check in on my credit card, she had to have her own. They would not take payment or damage deposit through my card, even though I was there. If the clerk had been apologetic, it may have been easier to take, but he was rude and condescending, and made me feel like a less valuable client for booking through a travel app. They offered no solutions for our dilemma and I ended up having to book a room at a hotel down the street for her. I am still working on getting a refund for this room that no one got to use. "

"Love the pool area and the rooms were nice. The hot tub needed to be cleaned pretty bad as lots of scum along edge. Main halls need to be updated. Was happy with the rooms and breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again. "

"Clean room, was able to enjoy myself in my room without any complaint other than a drunk couple fighting after midnight with her boyfriend Pounding on there hotel room door. Pool she definitely be open to adults till 11 pm as well "

"Location is great if you are catching a flight next day! Chicago Joe’s onsite restaurant served us a fabulous supper. The beds were top quality and the room was fantastic! Unfortunately we had to listen to violent and very loud fighting from the room next door. It’s was incredibly loud and scary to know there were children witnessing it. It was impressive how quickly security arrived on the scene to manage the situation. We tried to go for a swim and use the hot tub but it was absolutely packed with people so we had to give up after an hour of sitting by the pool. We could see young families really enjoying the dinosaur theme pool areas, that was nice to see. If I had flights to catch or arrived back to Winnipeg very late at night I would stay there again."

"Stay was good was expecting to use pool but was out of service due to chemical leak. Things happen no biggie. Staff, room and building was all perfect to my liking. Would book again if I ever am visiting Winnipeg in the future. <3 till next time. 5 stars."
