Needed a torch to operate key code pad outside, making a loud noise with every touch. 3. Boots strewn all over the hallway causing me to trip when entering. 4. Misdescribed Superior Room, no mention of shared bathroom and toilet. 5. Only one thin pillow each, contacted the manager (he had emailed us, to ask him for anything we need) but absolutely no reply from him.
