"The elevator was not working. The floors were stained. The place smelled like they were covering a crime scene with bleach. It was truly awful. I think they were renovating, but honestly they should have been shutdown completely during the renovations. I never leave bad reviews. But this was exceptionally bad. Do not book. In fact, even after they finish with renovations, I will never go there. It is truly offensive they did they to their "guests.""

"They have a live band by the restraunt at night so be prepared for very loud music. Was on the 7th floor with patio doors closed and there was no way to block the noise. With the tv on normal volume for us was around 12 but trying to hear the tv we had to put it up to around 25 and even then heard the awful music from 7 floors down. The patio doors were double paned but the argon gas was leaked out which is the insulation for heat and sound. You can tell there was no argon gas because the doors were fogging between paynes which means moisture has leaked in. I would say the only thing better with this stay was they updated their tvs to smart tvs si ce the last time i was there"

"Found roaches in room. Coca beach is not pet friendly have to drive 10 miles south for a pet beach. Hotel also needs out seating due to pets not allowed in eating areas"

"Great for family vacations. Did not have extra tissues, toilet paper. The soaps were hard to get out of the containers. The toilets continued to run at times and no cover over the bathroom fan"

My room was clean, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. A great bonus is the organized shuttle service to the cruise port for a small fee, which made the whole process effortless. I’ll definitely stay here again."
