Very nice appt. With 2 bedrooms, one with panoramic ocean view. Living room with large TV Netflix, Youtube Full kitchen La Mirada is at walking distance to the beach, LG garden walk with many restaurants and Mactan Newtown. Thank you the manager of la Mirada Condo is very helpful and nice. We all have a very good vacation!

The room was great and the staff was nice. We really enjoyed the view looking out over the ocean from the 14th floor. Roland was great helping us get situated and set us up for our island hop to explore Bohol. Also, it was really close to Mactan NewTown which was Awesome.! It was the perfect place to host a family gathering. We plan to go back next year.

Spectacular ocean view in a very well appointed room, with nice kitchen, ample living space and a nice bedroom and bathroom. Air conditioning was exceptional and very nice big screen TV. Property as expected. Everyone enjoyed the stay although mine was shorter because of flight delays. Property for me was just a little difficult to get to but only because of current road construction going on. I would recommend staying here to anyone wanting to entertain larger group. 2 good sized rooms and 2 restrooms a plus for any family or group of people enjoying vacation. Thanks again Roland. It’s a nice old hotel. We knew there would likely be some bugs as it’s hard to avoid in the area. So we expected some bugs and were not surprised. The airport pick up was a really nice perk. The hotel has a few tours available for booking which is also very nice if available. It’s first come first serve. We booked the whale shark/waterfall tour on the first available date. Whale sharks were amazing! Waterfalls were dried up at this time but we were not informed of this until we had finished the whale shark adventure. We went to see monkeys instead which was alright. Pool is nice, we found it refreshing. There’s no restaurant, bar or cafe onsite. GRAB came in very handy for everything else. Also, there are 2 very nice hotels nearby with restaurants/cafes.

We had a great stay in the corner unit at la Mirada Residences! The view from the bedroom was amazing. Appreciated the full sized bed, Air conditioning was crisp, and water jug was a nice plus! Kitchenette perfect for our needs and dining area for stay in meals. Would recommend!
