“We stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, with an easy walk into the historic centre while still being in a quieter area. Parking was simple and convenient, which was a big plus. Our room had a balcony that we enjoyed, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Lucca.”

“Very nice old building in the walled city of lucca rooms comfortable with old furnishings central to the city breakfast average tea/coffee you need to ask for no top up in rooms though cleaned everyday no milk in rooms wifi hit and miss ok in hall by breakfast area”

“The newer building where great two separate bathrooms. The pool however needs to put a limit of how many drinks people can have. There is also a staff member at the restaurant that wasn't to friendly. However overall all structure was great.”

“First trip to Italy...location of the hotel was perfect. Monica was friendly and helpful...room was clean ....air conditioning welcome....Breakfast.....was ok but never had to go to another premises for it (was at a cafe round the corner which wasn't explained when booking). Would go room only if went again as cost of coffee and a croissant was less than the 10 Euros we were alloted.”

“We stayed in the Lavender suite, which was a large room with high ceilings and the view from the windows was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was good. There was no kettle in the room but there is a kitchen where we were able to make a cuppa and we had a fridge for water etc. The property is right next to the main anfiteatro but the room was quiet. We woke to birds tweeting in the morning. Oh, and there is a very cute, snoring dog!”

“We were upgrade to room 8 that overlooks the Main Street. Very comfortable with large shower unit. Within minutes of leaving the very interesting wooden frontvdir to the street yo7 are straight 8nto retail and coffee shops. As you turn left out of the fron door within 60metre there’s an are equipment shot the like I’ve never seen before - amazing. The hotel is in a good central position”
