“The Whala hotel is an excellent choice for couples, families and groups.The location is central for Americas and Christianos offering beaches and restaurants to suit all tastes. The hotel is welcoming with helpful staff in reception and the pool bar.We had a great stay and will be back in a few weeks.The rooms are always well cleaned and have good facilities for a comfortable stay.”

“모든게 좋았음. 정문에서 작은길만 건너면 바다가 있고 리조트안에 온수수영장 있어서 12월 말에도 편하게 수영할수 있음. 룸도 청결하고 널찍한편. 바다쪽, 후문쪽 모두 식당 즐비하고 우리가족은 후문바로앞에 숙박했는데 후문 나가자마자 마트있어서 편리. 주차장은 사설주차장이 리조트바로 옆에 있어서 이용할수있고 올데이주차라고 하면 12유로정도였던듯”

“신혼여행으로 스페인을 가게 되어서 14일 일정 중에 4일을 테네리페에 머물렀습니다. 4일 중 2일을 바오밥에서 지냈는데, 가격에 비해 매우 넓고 편안했던 객실이 참 좋았습니다. 호텔이지만 가족 단위의 고객이 많아 보였고, 그래서인지 객실 내 다양한 조리도구 및 식기, 오븐, 식기세척기, 세탁기 등이 갖추어져 있어 매우 편리하였습니다. 저 또한 이미 스페인의 다른 도시를 일주일 정도 여행 후 테네리페로 갔었기 때문에 빨래할 옷들이 있어 테네리페에 가서 세탁서비스를 맡기려고 했는데 객실 내 세탁기가 있어(심지어 세제까지!) 잘 이용하였습니다. 객실 내 전망 또한 바다 및 시내가 보여서 특히 야경이 예뻤고, 넓은 테라스의 식탁에서 식사를 하는 것이 참 좋았습니다. 호텔 내에서 특별히 기억나는 서비스는 없지만, 모든 직원이 친절하였고 특히 저는 조식이 좋았습니다. 조식을 이용하는 식당은 넓지않고 분위기도 캐주얼한 편이었습니다. 음식의 수 또한 많지는 않아도 저에게 필요한 음식들은 모두...

“화장실 문열자마자 엄청 큰 벌레... 방 바꿔달랄고 리셉션갔더니 미안하다는 소리한마디 없고, 다른방이 남아있어서 운좋은거란 소리만 함. 바꿔준 방은 문이 고장나서 불안하고, 부엌 테이블은 개미 천지”

“Our stat lly at Ona Los Claveles was exceptional, great location and a beautiful apartment. We had a townhouse type property which faced on to the pool, couldn't have asked for more. “This resort has wonderful view with Los Gigantes and also has nice employees. The reception took care of our booking for several leisures(eg. Paragliding) and Aqua restaurant. I also enjoyed songs from the resort’s own restaurant(cant remember name) and they were wonderful singer couple. Comenting about Aqua, it is a indepent restaurant from the resort but located 2nd floor of the resort. They serves nice foods and moods. They cant speak english well but there was no problem just for enjoy...

“Great Apartments, clean & modern, not too far from all the hustle and bustle however is on top of quite a steep hill, we just hired e-scooters for the week and was fine but would definitely stay again, did t try the hotel food other than the toasties at the pool so couldn’t comment on the food but the toasties were great! Top tip get your drinks from supermarket at the hotel pool bar more than triple the shop ”
