Overall experience was mediocre( one issue where the elevator was stuck and was relocated to another room later that evening so a day was wasted. When checking in if you use the kiosk/self check in your charged for that also had to rent a wheel chair due to surgery and was charged a deposit and late fee because i wasnt advised that you have to inform the bell desk if you plan to keep the chair longer than 24 hours

All in all we checked in. The self check in didn’t work. Then we had to stand in line for like 1 hour. Floor smelled like pot. Floor 7. Our room wasn’t conveniently located to anything. The AC didn’t work very well. I sweat all night and had no control over the air. There was like 15 channels you could watch. I gambled like 500.00 and NEVER once got offered a drink. I then the first night got a players club card and was told to get like 25-250-500 player points for a chance at the wheel to win initial money. I was not told that it expires in 24 hours and lost out on the deal. I wanted to go up to the top of the strat and look and I couldn’t in shorts and the staff wouldn’t let me. Said I would have to have a reservation. The hotel wants to charge 20.00 a day parking that I later found out and ended up just canceling my rental car because of not wanting to pay the fees. Also the resort fees are kinda crazy. I went to the pool and was there for 2 hours and the staff ignored me and didn’t offer me ANYTHING. I did go up to the bar finally after 2 hours and ordered 2 30.00 strat souvenir cups that you could get 20.00 refills. It was a waste of money because why even go back to someone you feel unwanted after paying 60.00 for 2 drinks and then feeling not welcomed. Also I said I gambled about 500.00 and of course lost. The staff walking around offering drinks NEVER once came up to me and offered drinks not once. After all Vegas is known for FREE drinks while you gamble. Never again
