I feel like this place is overrated I’ve had one of the worst experience staying here. I have come every year with my family to Vegas and have stayed at different hotels each time to see what each hotel has to offer and this has honestly been the worst experience we have had! Not only that but in my experience we were criticized and there was an employee that was racist to us and was made fun of because we were people of color. Also, the Buffett that is super famous here is also overrated especially for its price it’s totally not worth it. Lastly, in each hotel that we have stayed their cleaning service was great but here it was horrible literally they barely even cleaned it at all when in other hotels they even go out the way to organize your stuff for you!

I don’t mind self check in but there is no staff available or even a map to point you in the right direction. Given the size of the property, this is necessary. Spending an hour walking back and forth between towers is not acceptable. Also, our room door was not closed when we arrived. The property is beautiful.

Very clean. Good pool area though clearly not intended for swimmers. 3ft deep and lots of people standing in the water drinking. My slight annoyance was no water or coffee facility in the room. And bear in mind this hotel is definitely not cheap. Coffee and breakfast croissant- $25

The hotel computer was down when we arrived We had to wait to be checked in and they didn’t have the room we booked with 2 beers We had to agree to a one king bed. They didn’t do anything to make it better for us. Very low customer satisfaction

when we checked in, the staff member went above and beyond to give us an upgraded room for our 20th anniversary. we had the most amazing view of the fountains and the Strip. the room itself was lovely, the bathroom was huge, and we loved everything about it. cant wait to go back

Bellagio is centrally located; which is convenient. Asked for early check in but that did not happen. Every morning at 6:30 I was woken up with renovation in room next door. The food is very expensive; but that is what you get here and expected .

the restaurants while way more expensive than I anticipated were excellent. Beautiful venue and great food. Staff was very friendly. Uber pickups were a PITA. Also there were numerous festivals in town that jammed things up. Reservations for meals were challenging.
