Property is close to Mandalay Bay convention centre and has good eating options. It is although very rundown and the lifts are dirty and in need of a make over.

We arrived at 1am and had to wait over an hour to check in not getting to our room till 2:30 in the morning. Bedding felt gross, no water in room, no microwave, no fridge

Floor flooded, literally a waterfall was coming out of the ceiling of the hallway, and we couldn't sleep because of the drying equipment outside our door from day 1. Tried to talk to someone and was told nothing they could do for us. Horrible customer service and horrible experience. Was staying in gold tower room 6-243. Can't believe we still got charged the resort fee for this disgrace.

The room was filthy, and the shower has not been cleaned. Called the front desk to ask if someone could please clean the room. It's best talking to the wall. There were feces/emesis in the elevator. Disgusting. I'm sure they are short of staff, so I will leave it at that. It is sad how such a nice hotel can so quickly go down the drain.

I did not like getting bombarded as soon as we walked in by the timeshare people. Also our first room we checked into was dirty, very dirty. We were switched to another room but it was quite literally the furthest room from the elevator. There was no in room coffee maker or small fridge no microwave in case you want to make tea or heat up leftovers. Also, there is no travel service or shuttle service offered. I will choose to stay elsewhere with more amenities next time.

Rooms are nice and big but getting very tired - need renovating. The “inclinators” are sketchy - sometimes worked sometimes didn’t, electrical panels missing, and very shaky. But the value for the stay was great as were the staff.

Even though we did feel safe I did have issues. There is no microwave or fridge in the rooms. No shower soap. They cleaned 2 out of three days, completely missed us. And the pool closes at 7PM. We are more vacationers not gamblers. Everything is expensive. It was our first trip to Vegas but for the price of rooms I was disappointed that not even a fridge in there. I travel with insulin so a fridge would have been handy.

It’s clear that they’ve done 0 maintenance on this place since they built it in the 90s. Don’t be fooled by the outside of the building. Dysfunctional elevators, wallpaper peeling, long wait times, $7 water bottles, intentionally disorienting signs, AC in your room that barely works

Its a perfectly decent hotel/casino. Unfortunately, you will have to wait in line for just about everything that has to do witb the hotel and the elevators seem to be a constant issue but, if you can overlook that it is a good bang for your buck.

The room was very outdated. There was no refrigerator or safe. The TV was very old and wasn't in HD. There wasn't an option to turn off a very loud vent in the bathroom. One switch controlled both the light and vent.
