Stay away from this place

Paid $403.00 for 3 nights plus $163.00 for cleaning and $450.00 additional deposit that was suppose to be returned 1 to 2 weeks, it's been a month and still no deposit returned, every time I contact them they tell me the same thing, I will check accounting, still no refund, folks keep clear of this place

The place was NASTY AND DIRTY. Too dusty, sliding door doesn’t even close properly. Bed sheets were dirty and obviously used several times. To the owner, at least you try to clean first. My family DID NOT STAY the whole weekend in the place and had to stay is the car for a night and booked a hotel the next day.

don't go there

It is a condo. We got there and the place had not been cleaned from the previous tenant. The bed was not made, spoiled food in the frig and trash was not taken out. There was 2 towels and no hand towels or wash clothes. I called and left 4 messages for the rental company and did not get a call back until the next evening. I called Expedia and told them the problem, they got hold of someone, the cleaner showed up at 7:30 that night and took all the dirty linens and emptied the trash. The cleaning lady was very nice and apologized. She stated the rental company did not tell her the previous tenant had left. She came back the the next day and cleaned, brought fresh towels, The rental company is very hard to deal with. They charge $150 cleaning fee which would have been fine if the condo was clean when we got there. We paid the rent and cleaning deposit to Expedia but then the rental company wanted another $450 deposit paid to them.

Wasn’t too happy with the fact that when I ori-ially made reservations, right aterwards I found out that my 93-yr-old mom, who'd be traveling with me, would be having dialysis on Friday, October 14rh, so we we wouldn't ,arrive until Saturday, the 15th,, and could only stay 1 night. I tried to cancel but was told I would still have to pay for the rooe, and also possibly still needed to pay $168 cleaning fee. Also, rhe contract I signed shows cleaning fee is $150, I'm due a refund of $18 there too. I'm not happy about the situation at all!

Do NOT book them

They are completely unorganized! There are so many hidden fees that they don't tell you about! You have to pay a $450 deposit that your supposed to get back a week after you leave per their contract but I've been back over a month and still haven't received it. Then I just find out they sent it to the wrong address! And on top of that a 170 cleaning and the place wasn't not that clean and not enough towels and no wash cloths! Horrible
