"The property was in very poor condition overall. The pool had no water and had trash in it. The jacuzzi was full of green water and trash. The room was not cleaned and the trash can had trash in it. The bed linens had not been changed. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities and rooms were exactly what we needed. But - to be honest - not offering a complimentary breakfast bar was a great big Screw YOU Mr customer. The over priced coffee bar - with $10 yogurt cups - was NO alternative. This hotel is for sleeping in, and leaving immediately for any level of amenities every traveler needs. Sadly - while there were no problems, and the rooms were nice - this was, frankly, intensely uninviting and we all had zero desire, or reason, to spend more time at this hotel than was absolutely necessary - and we left as quickly as possible to go anywhere at all that was an affordable option for coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner - you name it. This overpriced hotel is for sleeping only. Plan to be anywhere else for every other amenity you'll need as a traveler. "

"The room was clean. The staff were very friendly. I loved the “no kids in the pool area after 10pm” rule! It was great to get an hour with only adults in the pool! Will definitely stay again!"

"we reserved a suite at the comfort suites and when we arrived and checked in Chloe was the best. She asked if we wanted to be on the second floor or first floor. We chose the first floor and so glad we did. The room was right behind the front desk, and it was very quiet, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was typical, eggs, sausage, toast, blueberry muffins, yogurt, cereal and juice apple and orange. The staff was very helpful and very pleasant to talk to. The air conditioning in the rooms worked very well. The room has a large flat screen tv., a little fridge and microwave. There was plenty of parking and many restaurants close to the hotel. We stayed in Jacksonville, Florida. When we go back to visit, we plan on staying at the same hotel and hopefully be able to reserve the same room. Chloe gave us a card and said just call and request that room and they will reserve it for us. They pride themselves on keeping the hotel and rooms very clean. All rooms are nonsmoking which made it nice."
