“First off, the location is PERFECT, not even a 3 minute walk from the main station in Bulle. Staff was AMAZING, breakfast was fantastic and so worth it (considering how expensive food is in Switzerland), and the evening tea was so relaxing. We had a lovely experience ❤️”

“Staffs were very kind and accessibility to transportations are very easy. Only thing would be better is having refrigerator in every room and some kind of air conditioner or fans for some hot rooms during the day. I know its mountain side and its cooler still there were some hot rooms that could be uncomfortable for certain peope. But thankfully they changed me into the cooler room which was empty.”

“Very much a vintage hotel experience. I had an excellent mountain view, which I was able to enjoy from bed every morning. The cleaning crew were efficient and very good. The staff was very helpful with planning alternative hikes. I chose to walk the 800m from the train station, which for me was very doable. However, I am very fit and this may not be an option for everyone. The breakfast buffet was very good. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Nico's, which was excellent. It was my best...
