"I always love this hotel"

"I go to Laughlin a lot and I love this place for my family, it’s clean, you don’t have to go through a smokey Casino floor with your kids to hit the pool (Pool is great), or wait 10 minutes for an elevator to go outside and get some fresh air 🌳💨 (if you know you know) . The staff is great any security is friendly but always around keeping watch. The “beach” area is very small but it gets the job done for the sand toys and beach vibes. Also I love to bike ride so I like that it’s easy to carry my bike up to my room. Overall it’s a great hotel/casino with a sickass pool and easily accessible rooms."

"Not as described on website for amenities. Specifically pool area. Bathrooms dirty not clean. Roaches in roo. Cleaning staff rude. An evelope was left out on table and return to room to realized it was missing after house keeping suppose to clean the room put the same sheet on the although the linen was clearly stained. "

"Someone quit at front desk. Manager didn’t bother to show up. Instead had cleaning lady do the job. She was doing her best. If I was the owner I would fire the manager. The cleaning lady was very nice and the maintenance guy Cody was awesome. There weren’t enough remotes for the TVs either."

"I liked that they had a denny's for breakfast and also a pink box donuts. The bar had a pretty view of the river and I found it overall to be clean and decent for the price! What a deal. "

"The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. There were no restaurant or bistro, although had several places to order food and some places to sit and eat, but mostly were frozen food which were heating up, but they were good and tasty. The room was very-very cold. "
