"Great location with good sized room. Arrived early after a long night on a sleeper train and they allowed us to check in then which was much appreciated. Given the location and with a street facing room the noise level was really low and slept very well at the hotel. Drinks vouchers offered for not having the room cleaned daily. TV a bit more dated without abilities to cast and things like that but honestly we were out so often it really made little difference to our stay. Only a short walk to the station with links to Amsterdam and the coast so a great choice to stay there during a long weekend."

"The room was clean. Location was 12 minutes walk from the station, and a nice walk. I arrived after 930pm and the staff were able to check me in last minute. The restaurant was good and breakfast was excellent, served until 11am. The bikes rental was super useful , I was able to explore the beaches even though weather conditions were not the greatest. I’ll stay here again no doubt."

"Cons: Room needed more table or lamp lighting. I ended up borrowing a lamp from the lobby table. Also could have used dim lighting at the bunk beds. We had the family room with two kids, so when the overhead lights went off, the bunkbed corridor felt very dark and creepy. Consider putting plugs at the bunkbeds for electronics access Room and bathroom trashcans were super small Room temperature felt very warm, could only adjust down to 67 degrees Would have loved for real washcloths in the room vs. the paper ones. Pros: Nice size family room Clean common areas Loved the coffee room Beautiful hotel overall"

"If you plan on staying here, I’m gonna give you a couple of pieces of advice. Look for Vester restaurant because the hotel and restaurant are in the same building. I wish I knew this information because going there. The check in and out is done with the servers of the restaurant too. All the staff are very helpful and nice."

"The room was clean. The beds are comfortable and you don't hear other people. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating when we asked if we could store our things for a few hours after checkout. The road is a little noisy when the window is open but you can use the aircon to keep the room cool. The window also has an outside blind which can be put down. Short distance to Haarlem centre."
