My biggest gripe was the room AC didn’t work for the entire trip. I. Spite of multiple requests it was not fixed. And then to top it off, I saw a charge of 15 euros that was not disclosed at closing. God only knows what that was for. The highlights: our room balcony faced the lake. And the lady at the breakfast counter in morning was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay here, the property is beautiful and right on the lake. The facility was clean and the staff was very kind. The breakfast buffet was delicious. And it is very convenient to the train station.

The hotel was incredible. If you are visiting Switzerland and want to be right on lake Geneva, this is a great location. The city metro is directly across the street and the hotel provides a transport card. Highly recommend.
