"After almost 3 hrs to get there the room wasn't ready and when we got to the room it smelled like string cleaning products that my eyes hurt. The room was not like in the picture, it felt as i was staying at a cell ,there weren't any place to put the clothes or even toiletries in the bathroom. I wanted to book at an other place but there were no rooms available . They had no amenities or even a check in office."
