โIncredible view of the lake from the balcony of a comfortable and spacious room. Great bed. We loved the spa with a panoramic view of the lake. We thought the breakfast was expensive at โฌ22 a head for what was on offer. โ
โAn absolutely fantastic stay, directly adjacent to the ferry terminal, with excellent views over the lake, and a great breakfast. I like that Verbania is less full of tourists than Stresa, but still has a wonderful waterfront, great restaurants, etc.โ
โLovely hotel on the lakeside, very friendly and helpful staff. Thankfully had parking nearby too which helped a lot. Breakfast was really good too.

โalles is uitstekend verlopen ; zeer aangenaam verblijf van de ontvangst tot het vertrek ; enig min puntje is het gebrek aan parking ; zelfs nu ( /- buiten drukste seizoen) toch op 10min wandelafstand.โ
โApartment was huge but felt the space could have been configured a bit better e.g. with a kitchenette or more comfy living area. View was amazing (just be aware that the picture shown is when the trees were very young/ had no leaves and they now cover the lake view). Breakfast was nice. Cleaning was good but would have liked the bed linen to be changed - we stayed for 5 nights and it was not changed.โ
โwir hatten 2 Nรคchte gebucht mussten aber wegen Krankheit eine stornieren lassen. Dass kostete uns trotz Zeiteinhaltung dann noch 20โฌ.-Aber egal!
Das zimmer war sehr schรถn und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad gerรคumig, in neu renoviertem Zustand. .Alter solider Bau und daher ohne NEBEN-Gerรคusche.
Das einzige ist fรผr lรคngeren Aufenthalt, dass es nur sehr wenig Tagesliccht rein lรคsst.
Der See mit Badestrand(รถffentlich) ist ca. 100m Fussweg.
Wir werden wieder hinfahren fรผr kurze Aufenthalte.โ
โWe would rate this hotel 10 stars if we could. Daniela and the rest of the staff were PHENOMENAL. They were great with our precocious 5-year-old. The room and bathroom were incredibly spacious by European standards, and you can tell the care and pride the staff take with their jobs. The 5th floor terrace is the PERFECT place for breakfast or an aperitivio. The hotel is 200 feet from the ferry to the 3 Barromean islands. Daniela gave us several suggestions for places to visit that were spot on....
โThe inside decoration and furniture looks old, but in general, it is O.K.
Good location for accessing to the lake and nearby shopping area.
