"This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). "We booked at the last minute because another property fell through. While very simple, Brit Hotel was a wonderful surprise. Quiet, friendly and helpful staff, and one of the best breakfasts we had while in France. We loved the emphasis on local products. A great stay."
