Puisqu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur pour monter vos bagages, vous empruntez l’escalier lourdement chargé d’odeurs de cuisine, puis vient la chambre où cette fois vous êtes accueillis par une odeur d’égout. Si vous aimez les séjours olfactifs vous serez gâtés. Enfin, la douche vous assure un passage sans transition du chaud au froid, et n’implorez pas le ciel en espérant de l’eau tiède car en levant les yeux vous découvririez un plafond moisi! Dommage, car le personnel est agréable et l’effort d’aménagement dans les chambres tangible. Il ne reste donc plus qu’a régler les problèmes de plomberie et de ventilation des cuisines et des salles de bain. En attendant à éviter pour un séjour glamour !

Last here in 1981, this time, disappointing

I was expecting so much more but it wasn’t there, which was a great shame. For a hotel to forget to replenish the toilet roll is unforgivable. Needs a lot of work to bring it up to standard. Breakfast lacked choice.

Disappointing visit.

This was a very disappointing visit. The room was clean and comfortable however when entering the bathroom the toilet brush was in the toilet. When actually using the toilet the seat started to close hitting you in the back. The volet at the window was stuck open and did not close, and as there were no curtains at the window. The choice on the restaurant menu was good and we were looking forward to the meal,after a long wait it arrived and was tepid verging on cold. We did eat it as we were hungry, we told the waitress she said she would inform the chef. When choosing our wine, the first three bottles were out of stock.

bon hotel mais surveiller l'électricité !!

hotel rénové recemment et très propre mais il ouvre à 16h et non 15 comme le dit hotel;COM A notre retour dans la nuit pas de lumière dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bains !!!!pas de gardien de nuit !!le gérant nous a dit le lendemain matin qu'il fallait lui téléphoner et il serait venu remettre le courant

Séjour d'affaires d'une nuit, chambre un peu petite mais confortable, parking gratuit et surtout très bonne cuisine!

Très déçu de l'hôtel. Alors qu'il ne faisait que 2* à l'extérieur, on avait "oublié " d'allumer le radiateur dans la chambre. Pas de radiateur existant dans la salle de bains.

A oublier pour une chambre à 65 euros

Tt d'abord quand on rentre dans cette chambre à droite il y a une porte et derrière cette porte on trouve non pas une salle de bain mais une tte petite pièce dans laquelle on peut a peine se tourner ou il y a un tt petit lavabo et des toilettes. On se dit alors ou est la douche et en faite elle se trouve sur le côté gauche de l'entrée à côté d'un petit placard. Ensuite on passe l'entrée et on a le lit plutôt bien mais avec une tte petite télé. Pour clôturé ce séjour le lendemain matin on ne trouve n'y d'eau chaude, n'y de pression sous la douche. Donc quand on a des cheveux c'est compliqué pour les rincés !!!

Should this be a 3 star?

We were disappointed with this hotel and felt it was bad value compared to the other 3 star hotels we stayed at on this trip. The building was old although the rooms had been refurbished to a reasonable standard and it is on a busy road. Or room was pretty small but was clean. The breakfast provision was unsatisfactory. There was no buffet. We were invited to choose and pay according to the number of "items" we took from a pre-printed menu and were charged 9 euros each for one fried egg, 2 small pieces of bread, a tiny bowl of jam and a hot drink! We decided not to have breakfast on our second morning when we checked out. To add insult to injury I was initially charged for 4 breakfasts instead of 2 and had to have the bill changed. We would not go back to this hotel.

Hotel de charme de tyle normand reposant .

Nous avons été très agréablement aceuilli par le patrons très sympathique chambre très correcte et très propre sdb avec baignoire wc a part , la Tv très petite mais c pas grave on est pas venu pour rester enfermée dans la chambre vue sur le jardin agréable deco sobre mais classe . Nous avons pris nos petits déjeuner sur place rien a dire très bien simple mais de bonne qualité , repas du soir sur place aussi et la franchement du pur plaisir des produits très bien cuisiner, service très bien personnel agréable souriant ,belle carte des vins grand choix , les desserts a tombé par terre du pur plaisir . Nous somme rester 2 nuits avec notre chien qui a été très bien accueilli . Nous recommandons vraiment cette Hotel .

Rigtig hyggeligt hotel

Hyggeligt gammelt posthotel i sten med mørke bjælkelofter i restaurant, flot indrettet. Venlig, men lidt formel betjening. Personalet taler engelsk.  Gode parkeringsforhold inden for hotellets egne mure.  Rigtig fint og hyggeligt værelse (standard dobbeltværelse ud mod indgangen) med god udsigt over byen. Super badeværelse. Hotellet er meget stille om aftenen.  Check in skal (helst) ske inden kl. 19, men dette blev ikke oplyst ved bookning. Da jeg modtog værelset ca. kl. 20, var det meget varmt, til trods for gråvejr det meste af dagen, og udluftning førte kun til, at der trak brænderøg ind fra nabolaget. Dette varede ved hen over midnat, så jeg opgav at have vinduerne stående åbne. Synd for et ellers godt indtryk. Restauranten er rigtig god, men dyr sammenlignet med en typisk restaurant i Caen centrum!
