Our stay in Lecce was good overall โ the location was excellent and within walking distance to everything.
However, there were a few downsides to note. The room was not soundproof, and it was quite noisy at night, especially on our last evening when a large party took place without any prior notice, which made it difficult to rest.
Additionally, breakfast wasn't available on Sundays or holidays, and although we were provided with vouchers for a nearby cafรฉ, our experience there was not very welcoming โ on both visits, it felt as though we were more of a burden than guests.
That said, Lecce itself was beautiful and the convenience of the location made exploring the city very easy.
