“We had a pleasant stay at Sugar Beach Resort Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, and we enjoyed the pool area and the small arcade, which kept the kids entertained. While the breakfast box was adequate, we felt it could have been more substantial. We did notice that the rooms and the hotel itself are a bit dated, but the location right on the beach is truly outstanding and makes up for it.”

“Rm had a dirty bandaid on side of jacuzzie dried scum marks in the shower. Ive stayed the there numerous times and this was by far the worst time. Paid 350 dollars for a dirty rm and only stayed one night got stuck in a snow storm second night and didnt make it back. I do not recommend, they do not care that there rms are dirty and will not correct it but lie to you and tell you they clean there bathrooms everyday but my pictures tell me different. ”

“Guests are unable to control the temperature of the heat in their room. I was able to turn off the fan blowing the warm air. It was 74, too warm for my wife and I to sleep in. Also, the beds have a sheet, a thick duvet and bedspread. Duvet made sleeping even hotter, so we chose just to use the sheet. Bathroom has only a passive ceiling vent, no fan. “Very nice anniversary stay with my wife. Fantastic property and good amenities. Many many pros and just a few cons Pros 1. Friendliest staff 2. Excellent dining. We HIGHLY recommend Aerie on the 16th floor of the Tower. Also, it’s an awesome touch that it is one of the few places that still has in room dining options. 3. Spa is Amazing! 4.
