"24 hour front desk, staff greet you and are polite. Quick check in, parking is extra $20. We stayed In a 2 king bed room. Has a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, phone. Clean bedding, towels, floors, bathroom, AC in a good location downtown, walking distance to the falls. Decent price, will stay here if I visit Niagara falls again"

As soon as we entered our room, we discovered a major water leak. To make matters worse, we also found a bug inside the toilet, which immediately raised concerns about the cleanliness and condition of the room.
