โStayed there while visiting family. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Wish the restaurant was open on the weekends, not just Monday to Friday. Hotel was very clean. Room furniture was a little worn out, but not bad. Great back patio!โ

The front desk staff is professional and friendly! All staff is friendly and polite! I had to extend my stay for two nights due to incomplete research travel, the front desk is very professional (it was busy, and guests were waiting, staff served all well).
The room is clean and comfortable. The shuttle service is excellent and convenient, you can go anywhere within 3 miles.
The breakfast is good.

โThe queen suite was great for myself and the 4 teenagers to veg out and have game/pizza night after the pool. The pool was great! The kids had a great time! There were a lot of food options in the area. Highly recommend Icki Sticki down the street and Escapology escape rooms close by! โ

โProperty was nice rooms were great biggest drawback. They only have one working elevator. The weekend held a few weddings so going up and down from your room or back to your room was treacherous.
Besides that the staff was amazing valet staff was kind and quick โ
โWe had a great stay. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Our room was on the 11th floor and had a wonderful window view and can see the lake. The lobby had different areas of seating both inside and outside. The kids enjoyed the pool. The continental breakfast was delicious! Walking distance to the mall and target. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.โ
