"This was not our first stay at The Manor and as usual, it did not disappoint. Great staff (super friendly & helpful), well appointed rooms, great food and atmosphere. We needed a central venue for our national team and this fits the bill perfectly. We will be back!"

"The hotel was old and uncomfortable. Didn’t find my booking and had to wait around for over 30 minutes for it to be confirmed despite showing evidence the room was booked.
Won’t stay again. "

"Excellent food in a lovely village next to a main road however when you shut the windows the traffic noise was vastly reduced. The close room was great value."

"We had a wonderful 2 night stay - staff was helpful and very friendly. We received an upgraded room upon registration. The room was spacious and comfortable! The breakfast buffet was also very good. Parking was easy at a ground car park a block or so away ... and the hotel was within walking distance of all the 'old city' sites (e.g., Richard III visitor center, cathedral, Roman sites, etc.). Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Thanks to all the staff at the hotel."
"We had a truly enjoyable stay at the Leicester Marriott Hotel. What stood out most was the exceptional level of hospitality. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating.
The bar and restaurant staff were particularly outstanding. They were always warm, polite, and genuinely interested in getting to know their guests. We enjoyed chatting with them about where we were from and the reason for our visit, and it was clear they genuinely enjoyed their work and meeting new people.
What made the experience especially memorable was the personal attention to detail. Staff would greet us in the lobby and ask how our day was going, and one waiter even remembered our order from the previous evening. These small touches made us feel valued and well looked after throughout our stay.
The combination of professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care created a unique atmosphere that made our visit special. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."
"Good location. Hotel a bit dated but great value for money. Staff really helpful. Excellent breakfast. Free parking a bonus. Will definitely return when next in Leicester."
"Lovely heritage property with beautiful grounds. Food very tasty and delicious. WiFi very poor but hey not the end of the world. Shower in our room was powerful which was great."
