Friendly and so welcoming and helpful receptionists, who didn’t hesitate to walk with you outside to show what exactly turn you need to make to get to where you need, carry your begs, patiently search for you to get the best tour, the best transportation, the best souvenirs stores… Tiny but so comfortable room with extremely comfortable bed, extremely white beddings and towels, thoughtfully prepared for you sets for tea or coffee centered with cozy singing kettle. Thank you all from Krisotel for making eight days of my Amsterdam vocation so joyable!"

"We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is perfectly located. Checa in was smooth and our room was as pictured. The staff could have been a bit friendlier but there were no specific issues. We had breakfast twice and it was a standard European breakfast. Our room faced the canal and the busy tram stop and it was a bit noisy late at night. Overall a nice place to land in Amsterdam."
