“I would advise other travellers to be cautious, especially if arriving late or making a last-minute booking. I should also mention that I was told I would not be offered breakfast because I had booked last minute or arrived late. My experience with the reception staff made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Regardless of the price paid for a room, every guest should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not stay here again.”

“The check in process was remote on Monday evening at 20:00. Had been call the hotel all Monday afternoon to ask some question as sixth sense kicked in that check in might be an issue.
