"Stayed here one night because of the lack of affordable accommodation in Leipzig. Hotel is across the road from the train station, making it convenient to get to Leipzig, which was our main priority. Hotel is surrounded by woodland and has parking available. Rooms are on the small side, but the biggest issue was that there is no air-conditioning (only a portable fan) or a fridge in the rooms and as they are on the top floor, they become stifling in the summer heat. You can't open the windows...

"Easy street parking especially during the day. Excellent room, spacious, little fridge, coffee and tea. Nice view. Very friendly staff and also other travelers were kind. For some reason our door did not close (possibly my error because it is a soliddoor and lock) and it was open from 3-8pm. Other guests let the receptionist know who came up to close it. Nothing was stolen. Public transportation is excellent and Downtown is in walking distance (20 minutes). "
