"The rooms were not clean. There was cobwebs and spiders everywhere, in the bedrooms and eating areas. Quite a frightening experience. The other problem was there is no direct road access to the hotel, cars will have to stop outside along the roadside and the luggage and bags will have to be unloaded at the roadside. We had to walk about 5-10 mins to the hotel, amidst the padi fields while the hotel staff helped to bring our luggages via a motorbike. It’s a nice walk if it’s in the morning, but...

To begin with the shower has a lot of loose rocks and because of them it was full of hairs. the floor of the room was really dirty and the sheets had some stains. You can only get food at the restaurant by texting them, and the restaurant closes at 7 which is not great because there are not any others around. "Vi bodde i en kjempefin villa med eget svømmebasseng. Mulighet til å bestille måltider levert til villa uten ekstra kostnad. Totalopplevelsen hadde vært bedre dersom renholdet hadde vært på topp. Badekaret hadde skitne flekker i seg, alle håndklærne luktet surt og bassenget var fullt av sand. Oppvask og matrester etter måltider ble ikke hentet og tiltrakk seg maur og fugler. Tungvindt å måtte ringe for å be om at dette ble hentet. I tillegg burde badet vært lukket med vindu. "Il n’y a eu personne tous le long du séjour. Nous étions livré à nous même pour 3 jours et nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude le dernier jour. À éviter. Il y a aussi une taxe pour entrer dans la zone de l’hôtel."
