Upon check in we were kindly greeted by the front desk gal. She got us checked in right away, and answered all questions we had. Throughout our stay staff was excellent (approachable, friendly, and ready to help). We stayed in a Queen double suite and it blew me away- for the extra it is WORTH IT.
