"Hotel was new. Design was well done. Marble and tile. Be prepared had different levels. Steps to lobby, steps to room. Did have ramps a bit steep on staiirs. Shower had no grab bars in a big open area. Staff was kind, helpful and an absolute delight. Food was excellent. ."

They were professional, always had a great disposition, and are excellent drivers—we felt very safe with them at all times. Gede even helped us organize a day trip to Nusa Penida, and everything was perfectly planned and executed. "Great location, very wonderful staff. Property can be better, we stayed in a 1 bedroom pool villa, alot of bugs-as expected, which the resort provided bug spray for the room. but all in all very good experience staying here. They did a special birthday decoration in our room for me as requested by my wife with a small fee. Will stay again!"

"Fantastic location right in the heart of the monkey forest. You get the benefit of stepping out of the lobby onto the main streets with easy access to all the shops and restaurants whilst stepping into the resort grounds and feeling secluded in the beautiful jungle. The staff were so warm and helpful. And the breakfast was amazing. Particularly loved the egg station. We stayed in a two bedroom villa and it was exceptional. The pool was a great size."
