"Sadly, this place is about 40 years out of date. Heat, electrical, shower, bathroom fixtures all badly out of date. The beds are like a pile of sand. Really harsh. You get what you pay for, except this place should cost half again what they charge. Sorry, but it's the truth"

My Chinese girlfriend was a little superstitious about the graveyard located directly across the street. It didn't bother me.
