“Elevator takes 20 mins people got very frustrated, room smells like old lady perfume, and upon check in, I had an upset stomach and there were a lot of yogurts in a fridge and when I tried to take one, the lady at the desk said I can’t have it only for breakfast even when I offered to buy it. Terrible first impression and experience. Breakfast same everyday and terrible.”

“Amazing hotel to stay for a wonderful December snowboarding trip. Everyone was very nice and helpful in every aspect of our stay (shout out to Thierry for his care with our luggage, shuttle and car). The facility is top notch, well worth the money, you won’t be disappointed. Ski shop/rental was amazing every day and the lockers were so convenient. Overall a great experience for holiday vacation ”

“The location of the hotel, right in the middle of Meribel, is very convenient, not only for skiers but also for folks who want to walk around the village at night and enjoy the various restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Had an issue with the TV access to Netflix that was not resolved but staff seemed to be trying. Pleasant dining room as well as the bar. ”

“The staff here was friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable about the resort. The rooms are small so many guests enjoy hanging out in the lounge area where there is a TV, games for kids, and food/beverage service. I would stay here again.”

The layout of the facility is absolutely impossible to navigate. It is a true labyrinth with long, narrow hallways that are insufficiently labeled and there were so many unnecessary doors.
